Aging Moss Junior Division

What is the "Junior Division?"

The Aging Moss Junior Division is a new concept that AGM is going to be trialing starting in the off season before VRML's Season 16. 

The Junior Division will be a group of newer teams that are being coached by Aging Moss. Each one of these teams will be assigned one or more "AGM Ambassadors" to give them individual, unique, and personalized advice and coaching. Teams that are considered AGM Junior Teams will not only receive coaching via discord, but in-game map walk throughs, assistance with identifying cap spots, optimal routes for each map and objective, and help with formulating strategies that work for their level and region, just to give a few examples. On top of this,  Junior Teams would be encouraged to scrim against one another, and if they are available, AGM members would spectate and give personalized advice to each team on what needs improvement and what went well.

As it is a part of Aging Moss's mission statement to mentor and coach new teams, this service would of course be free of cost, with the only thing we would want in return is your team to be successful, and to refer other new teams to this program, so we can continue to grow and help other new teams that might be attempting to make their way in League.

What are the specific benefits that AGM Junior Teams would receive?

Teams that are participating in the AGM Junior Division project would receive the following benefits:

• Personalized team coaching, advice, etc from a member of Aging Moss that is assigned to them directly.

• The opportunity to be a part of a group of other teams that are all around the same skill level, meaning it will be easier to find consistent scrim partners.

• A special page for your team in our website, meaning additional exposure.

• Assistance with picking maps and bans for matches.

• Assistance with setting up scrims, practices, and scheduling matches if you desire.

• Access to Aging Moss's intel on other teams, which includes their favorite/least favorite maps, plays, strategies, etc.

• The opportunity to be a part of the AGM Family.
